She grew up in a family where her grandmother would frequently discuss dreams, analyzing their meanings. Often, she’d look a person in the eye and the oddest things would seem to fly out of her mouth. One time she told Zoe to wear her raincoat, on what was a perfectly clear day. But, ever the dutiful granddaughter, she obeyed her wise grandmother, and donned the rain gear. By afternoon, the rain fell, just as she’d predicted and the raincoat kept her warm and protected from the downfall. It wasn’t long before Zoe noticed the same gifts in herself. While sitting in class in first grade, she heard very clearly the lecture from her teacher, before the words ever left her teacher’s lips. Word for word, she knew exactly what she was about to say, as though she were picking up the signals before they were actually broadcast. She probably could’ve left class early, though I think it would’ve been a tad difficult for her to explain her reasons.

Zoe’s interest in her budding talents gave her a curiosity about her heritage, believing that there may have been others, among her ancestors, with abilities, such as hers. Her hunch proved correct as she learned that her grandmother’s grandmother was a Shaman in a Shawnee Indian tribe. Zoe had no idea what a can of worms she had opened, as her awareness grew, and her abilities increased. Throughout her childhood, she found that she would travel to all sorts of places, while she was asleep. Later, she’d learn that this mode of ethereal transportation was called “astral travel,” and she would take many more unscheduled trips, especially in times of stress or turmoil. Counseling seemed to be the next logical step in the process and Zoe proved to be a natural at it. She provided friends with psychic insight and advice about their relationships and family life. This proved to be a natural gift she’d always possessed, though it took her a while to realize it. As she matured, her interest in her gifts continued to grow and she sought ways to expand her metaphysical knowledge through reading books, collecting tarot decks, participating in internet classes, etc. The deeper she delved, the more she could see, feel, and hear the messages her senses were providing. This expansion is still an ongoing process, and there seems to be no end to the well of gifts that await her.

A meeting with a psychic at the age of sixteen proved to be a life altering experience. Along with plenty of accurate information that this psychic couldn’t have possibly known, Zoe was told in detail the remarkable abilities she possessed and was given a book on how to open herself up and channel the energy that was around her. This set her on her professional path of psychic counseling and paved the way for a career, beginning in 2002, that would prove to be highly rewarding and successful. She bought her first deck of Tarot cards and studied each one, till the ancient symbols and messages breathed within her. She read for friends and family who were startled by her accuracy and it was then she knew it was time to take her talents to the next level. She read professionally out of a friend’s hair salon and created a successful practice that soon flourished on its own. Word of her abilities spread and the media came knocking. She lent her talents to a radio call-in show at a local station, and was called upon for various charity events in her hometown. Feeling the need to broaden her scope, Zoe now has her third-eye trained on the Internet, where she feels she can offer her gifts to a greater array of clients.

She’s a Capricorn/Aquarian sun, born on the cusp and possesses the traits of both signs, making her at times, a bit of a contradiction. She also has a Leo ascendant and Libra moon, which gives her a sense of fairness and the ability to see all sides in any given situation. She lives in midwestern Ohio, next door to a cattle farm, with her life partner, Brad, his son, Evan, her youngest son, Zack, and their three dogs and cat.
