Aleara has been unusually psychic and empathic since early childhood. She spent hours on the phone, providing counseling sessions for friends—at the age of nine! In her early twenties, she attended massage school, where she discovered just how powerful her psychic and energy healing abilities were, even without formal training. She is a natural born Empath, and can actually feel what needs healing in a client, even long distance. Realizing this gift was a huge responsibility, she looked to Reiki to provide the structure and focus she needed. She became a certified Reiki Master in level Usui Reiki and level II Karuna Reiki, and incorporated that knowledge into her sessions. She was then initiated as a Sufi and learned heart centered healing through her Sufi mentor/teacher.

Over time, Spirits of loved ones from clients started communicating with her during their sessions, and Aleara realized she possessed Mediumship abilities. Studies in Tibetan healing, crystal healing and hypnotherapy followed, and she also apprenticed with a Shamanic healer and Medium while attending Native American Ceremonies. (Aleara is part Cherokee.) At this time, she began reading Tarot, working both privately and with a healing center in Scottsdale, AZ. Subsequently, to hone her Mediumship and angel communication skills, she studied with an Oresha priestess in New Orleans, where the spirit world is THICK! She later moved back to Texas, where she completed her Masters in counseling. These credentials added greater resources to her professional resume and provided additional avenues of guidance for her clients. Simultaneously, she continued her studies in Esoteric Healing and Chakra Balancing.

Clients have often remarked that her incredible compassion and deep insight into life challenges, has transformed their lives. She finds their praise humbling, not to mention a great honor! As far as mentors and teachers go, there are too many to name here, but each one has added their special ingredients to her unique broth, so to speak. Since 1993, Aleara has officially been in practice as a healer/psychic. She's worked as a massage therapist/Reiki practitioner for fifteen years in many environments, including: spas, crystal shops, chiropractic centers, and even cruises. Over the last eighteen years, she has worked in Texas, California, Arizona, Louisiana, and New Mexico. All the while, she has been honing her skills and furthering her education by studying with shamans, Reiki masters, Angel therapists, medicine men and women, Sufi master teachers, priestesses, and even a Tibetan Buddist monk! As a result, she possesses a wealth of knowledge and modalities to serve her clients to the BEST of her abilities. She has also served in private practice for almost twenty years, utilizing Tarot, past life regression, and Mediumship talents.

With her ability to channel the highest of Divine guidance and healing, there is no issue too large for her to tackle. Aleara's dream is to open a healing and awakening retreat center in Costa Rica, where she (and many guest practitioners) can offer any type of healing, teach meditation, and provide retreats for those who want to explore their own psychic and healing gifts. Her goal is to manifest this reality before 2012.
