Funding Options
To obtain readings from our psychics, you'll need to fund your account at Psychic Access.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards (as long as they are connected with one of
the major credit card companies), PayPay and Money Orders. If using a credit card, you can safely enter your
credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. Your credit card statement
will identify charges from us as "PACCESS".
If you have a dispute over a funding trasaction please try working with our customer service department first.

Funding Limits
While we appreciate your patronage, we realize there may be a tendency to spend more than you anticipate
on readings. For this reason, we have imposed set funding limits for using credit card and Paypal. For customers who have been with us for less than 6 months:
$250 per day, $750 per week and $1,500 per month. For customers who have been with us for 6 months or longer:
$500 per day, $1,500 per week and $3,000 per month.
There are no funding limits on money orders. Your funding limits
can be increased to different levels depending on your history at Psychic Access or other extenuating circumstances.

Secure Processing
The security of your personal information is our highest priority. Psychic Access guarantees 100% secure processing
for the information of all of our customers.
To protect you and your personal account information, we employ SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology through Verisign.
SSL is the industry standard and the best software available for the secure exchange of information. The SSL technology
works by sending your information, including credit card number, name and address information to our computer in an
encrypted code. Only Psychic Access can then decode it.
In addition, you are protected by the Fair Credit Billing Act, which prohibits your bank from holding you liable for
more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges.

Refer-A-Friend Program
To participate in our "Refer-A-Friend" rewards program, you must be a registered user at Psychic Access.
For each person you refer that registers at Psychic Access and funds their account, you will receive
a $10.00 bonus credit to your account. Additionally, each time your friend gets a reading with one of our
psychics, you'll get $.50 for each minute of their reading. This bonus money can only be used for readings
or other serviced offerred on our site. Each time your account is credited, you'll receive an email notification.
Bonuses will be clearly identified on the "My Transactions" page under "My Account".
Safeguards in our system prevent the same e-mail address from getting more that one invitation from you. Anyone
found attempting to defraud the program will have their account closed and any remaining balance forfeited.
Psychic Readings
If early on in a reading, you don't feel a connection between you and the psychic, end the reading;
say, "I don't feel good about this reading, I am going to try someone else" and hang up if it is a telephone
reading or click "End Reading" if it is a video/chat reading. Our psychics understand that they will not
make a solid connection with every customer and will not be offended if you end the reading.
For your protection, you should never ever give the psychic your phone number, address, e-mail address, or any
instant messenger handles. Our psychics will not do readings for you outside of Psychic Access. Our psychics
are forbidden to give out their personal information, ask for your personal information or ask you to send
them money. If any psychic solicits your personal information, offers their personal information or asks you to
send money to them, immediately end the reading and Contact Us at once.
Telephone Readings
Your telephone number is never given to anyone. If you use the "Call Me" button, a computer first calls the psychic.
The psychic will see our company on the caller-id, not your number. After the psychic has answered, the
computer will call you. You will see 1-866-876-4147 on the caller-id. For your protection, you should never ever give the
psychic your phone number, address, e-mail address, or any instant messenger handles. If you are using "Direct Dial",
you will be asked to enter the psychic's extension, your pin number and your registered phone number if you are
calling from anywhere else. Our psychics will see 1-866-876-4147 on their caller-id, not your number. Our psychics will not do
readings for you outside of Psychic Access.
When you click a link to get a telephone reading with a psychic, a small window will appear. It will inform
you of the number of minutes you have available to spend with that particular psychic. Beneath the number of available
minutes will be a line disclosing any connection fees associated with the call. In most cases, there will be no
connection fee. Cell phone users outside of US & Canada will most likely see a connection fee as will some living
in very remote places.
